Mark is absolutely amazing!!!!! I originally called A+ Appliance and they said I needed a new motor on a 3 year old dryer. I called Ricci Washer and Dryer for a second opinion. Mark came out and said it needed a new thermal fuse. He showed me what he was doing and explained everything to me as he was doing it.
